Mission:
The goal was to create a structured operational system that could handle both client onboarding and freelancer management without confusion or delays. The agency needed processes that were clear, scalable, and not dependent on constant manual follow-ups.

This created delays, duplicated work, and unnecessary back-and-forth. The agency needed a central system that could automate routine steps and keep everything organized in one place.
Solution:
I designed and implemented a structured backend system using automated workflows and centralized databases. Freelancer payments triggered automated data collection, email confirmations, and database updates. Client onboarding forms were connected directly to a Notion system that automatically generated organized project boards with all relevant details. Every moving part was aligned into one controlled workflow to reduce friction and manual effort.
Results
The agency moved from scattered processes to a streamlined operational system. Client onboarding became faster, freelancer tracking became structured, and project management was clear and centralized. The team no longer needed to chase information or manually transfer data between platforms. The backend now supports growth without adding operational chaos.
